We are a sports management firm that match the right athletes with professional opportunities domestically and internationally. Our passion was borne from arranging placements for our sons to play rugby league in England, France and the USA. Their amazing experiences prompted us to help other athletes do the same. We understand that not every athlete will play at the elite level, but through our wide network of global rugby code managers, coaches and clubs, you too can have a sport and travel adventure.

We consult and plan the experience together with the athlete, focused on finding the right fit. The full range of services is offered, from preparation of resumes and video highlight packages, to contract negotiations, travel logistics and club on-boarding to ensure seamless transition to your new environment. We even assist with your accommodation and employment options.

Research is the key to our success and reputation for reliability and integrity. We assess all our players to validate playing ability and attitude and screen clubs to ensure they will provide the player with a safe and stimulating environment.
